Giving Back one Home Sale at a Time

At Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate, we believe success is best shared. Through our charitable giving program, 1% of the Company’s portion of the commission from each closed transaction is donated to one of the following company-chosen 501(c)(3) charitable organizations.

Each client has the opportunity to choose which of the designated charities receives the donation—allowing your real estate experience to support a cause that matters to you. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary and not a condition of using our real estate services. Choosing to participate—or not—does not impact fees, services, or representation in any way.

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of using brokerage services. No portion of the donation is paid to or received by the client and is not a rebate, inducement, or referral fee. This program is intended to comply with all applicable federal and Ohio real estate laws, including RESPA.
