JANICE STEVENS

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Janice began her real estate career in 1991. From selling real estate to running a relocation department to management, Janice has knowledge in every aspect of the real estate industry. She managed one of the most successful real estate companies in Trumbull County. Janice was a part of the management team in Ohio and Assistant Director of Mentoring and Assistant Head Coach with her previous company until opening EvenBay Real Estate in 2015. Janice is heavily involved with the Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS with Ohio Association of REALTORS.

MICHAEL STEVENS

Michael has been in the real estate industry since 1996 as a top multi-million dollar producer since early in his career. Michael also spent 10 years as Vice President of Real Estate Owned Nationally for a large regional bank. His experience over the decades consists of residential, multi-family, investment, commercial, and new constructions across the country. Michael is currently serving on the board of directors for YCAR as President Elect. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Ohio Realtors. Awarded President's Sales Club (Million Dollar Club) Award of Achievement 2019, 2020 and 2021.

FORREST KOBAYASHI

Forrest is Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate. Originally from the Washington DC area, Forrest worked at Fannie Mae for seventeen years in various accounting/finance positions. In his last position as Vice President of Liability Management, Forrest was responsible for all corporate debt and derivative funding. At E*Trade Bank, in Arlington, VA, Forrest served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He came to Warren in 2012 as a Corporate Vice President at First Place Bank.

PAUL BEVILACQUA

Paul obtained his real estate license in 1992, serving the Mahoning Valley ever since. Paul specialize in residential properties, working with both buyers and sellers. He has the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designations. He is very active in the Local Association Board of Realtors having served as a past President and Paul is still active on several Association Committees. Paul works alongside the leadership team supporting agents with their transactions.

MEGAN KOVACICH

Megan has an extensive background in marketing, advertising and public relations where she started and ran several marketing departments locally. Megan joined Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate in 2020 during their transition to the Coldwell Banker Brand. Megan handles all the marketing, advertising and PR for the company, as well as works with agents on individualized marketing and advertising plans, tactics, etc. Megan is also a CB Product champion, taking on a crucial role in the company with onboarding and training new agents on the CB tools & technology.

STEPHANIE MCCONAHY

Stephanie joined the team after being a stay-at-home mom for several years taking care of her 3 young children. Now that her children are older and she has more flexibility, she joins the Coldwell Banker EvenBay team as eager as ever to get back into the workforce. Stephanie is extremely detail-oriented and is excited to assist our agents with their listing input, status changes and all the other exciting tasks that are associated with her administrative role. Stephanie's main focus is agent support and she is dedicated to helping our stellar agents in every way possible.
