Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Janice began her real estate career in 1991. From selling real estate and running a real estate relocation department early on in her career to accelerating to management and presently owning her own Real Estate Brokerage, Janice has knowledge and experience in every aspect of the real estate industry. Throughout her career, she has held various positions in real estate including leading one of the most successful real estate companies in Trumbull County. She was a member of the management team in Ohio for a regional brokerage, then became the Assistant Director of Mentoring and the Assistant Head Coach where she mentored and guided agents to successful careers. In 2015, she and two business partners opened EvenBay Real Estate. EvenBay Real Estate developed into Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate in 2020 after becoming an affiliate franchise of one of the largest global real estate companies, Coldwell Banker®.
In addition to managing and running a successful real estate company, Janice has taken on countless roles within the industry. She served on the Board of Directors for the Warren Area Board of REALTORS® and is Past President (2018) of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS®. She also served as a Special Political Coordinator for the Ohio Association of REALTORS® and is currently serving on the Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors, as well as a Mediator and Ombudsman for the association. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for the MLS Now, our Multiple Listing Service database in Northeast Ohio. Through the local and state boards, she has also fulfilled roles on the Professional Standards Committee; RPAC Committee; Grievance Committee; CRIS User Group, and CRIS Strategic Planning Group. She has received several accolades over the years including being named YCAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2018 and being awarded Ohio REALTORS® President's Sales Club in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Janice takes pride in supporting the Mahoning Valley in both personal and professional capacities. Through the years, she has enjoyed fulfilling civic duties as she volunteered for various non-profit organizations such as Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, Beatitude House, and Mater’s Foundation, to name a few.Â
